North Sky Seven Architects

North Sky Seven Architects (NS7A) is based in Blue Hill and offers architectural services for residential and commercial projects including new construction, additions, and renovations. NS7A aims to design buildings and spaces that respond to the needs of the people who live and work in them. Using materials in an honest and responsible way, NS7A works in concert with clients, exploring a variety of architectural styles and aesthetics, to create spaces that are functional, beautiful, and inspiring.

Waxwing Business is a womxn-owned business owned by George Hurvitt and Amy Strother of Blue Hill, Maine.

Waxwing provides immediate, hands-on execution to help small businesses. No buzzwords. No expensive applications- just expertise at a realistic price. 

Blue Hill Partners has been building companies in the energy efficiency industry as a venture capital firm since 2001.

Katie Lee is the co-founder and partner of Dome, an experience design studio that gathers designers, technologists, and strategists to solve complex projects—at the intersection of digital and physical space—with original solutions that require a command of the big picture and attention to craft. Founded in 2014 in Brooklyn, New York, Dome is certified as a Minority Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) in New York City and State.

Previously Katie was a creative director at Local Projects, where from 2007 to 2014 she designed multi-media exhibits and interactive experiences for museums, cultural institutions, and public spaces. There she managed and gradually expanded the design department from one to ten designers to create award-winning experiences over the next seven years. She has taught at the Design and Technology Master’s program at Parsons School of Design and at School of Visual Art’s MFA Interaction Design program. She holds a BA in Art from Yale College and an MFA in Graphic Design from the Yale University School of Art.

    Tilda is a regional celebrity which might be why she thinks she can get away with sleeping through every meeting. When she is not at work, Tilda enjoys perusing the local wine shop and licking bowls.

  • Rocky

    Rocky only works at Blue Hill Workspace part-time as a neuroses consultant. When Rocky is not at work, he enjoys regional poop hunting and naps.

  • Sophie

    Sophie, as evidenced by this pic, is the most fashion-forward worker in the office. When Sophie isn’t working, she enjoys hiking through the woods with her mom, Jodie.
